Hotdog Petwear Returns & Refund Policy

 
We really hope you like the item you have bought from us, however if this is not the case,  please return the item to us in the original condition within 14 days of the delivery date and we will refund you in full. 
 
Please return your order in the original packaging in pristine condition with no dog hairs or stains on the garment. When returning items please include your order confirmation. Failure to do so may jeopardise you to not receiving a full refund.

We would advise getting proof of purchase as a reference incase the return gets lost in the post.
 
International customers - please return your parcel through a trackable service and keep proof of postage.
