Q: How do I measure my dog?

A: Our sizing is based on back length so we suggest measuring your dog’s back from the base of the neck to the base of the tail (in cms). This will determine what size bracket your dog will fit into. For more details please look at our Size Guide.

 

Q: How do I return my order?

A: Please return your order to the following address: Ayres End House, Ayres End Lane, Harpenden, Herts, AL5 1AL. Please ensure you leave the order form in the package and the jumper is in a brand new, sellable state. We advise you have proof of postage in case anything gets lost in the post.

 

Q: Am I able to exchange my item?

A: We do offer exchanges but it depends on stock availability. Please email us at info@hotdogpetwear.co.uk and we will get back to you as quickly as we can. 

 

Q: I have emailed you but received no response within 24hours?

A: We do our best to reply as quickly as we can but during peak season we can be inundated with requests. If you don’t hear anything after 3 working days, please email us again and we will get back to you. 

 

Q: Is it too late to cancel my order?

A: You are able to cancel your order within 12hours of making the purchase. This is to ensure we don’t send it off and end up in a mix up.Please email us at info@hotdogpetwear.co.uk and we will cancel the order for you. 

 

Q: What styles in the new collection are sustainable?

A: Both the Orangeflower, Purpleflower and Henry matching sets are made from sustainable yarns. We are hoping to increase our sustainability further in years to come.

 

Q: I’m a Ladies UK size 10, will the matching jumper fit me?

A: Yes. All of the Hotmom jumpers are one size which fits a Women’s UK8-12. 

 

Q: Do you do international delivery? 

A: Yes. We now are offering delivery to Europe and North America. Please look at Shipping Page for more information.

 

Q: Do you do wholesale? 

A: Not at the moment but we are hoping to in the future.

 

Q: Is Free UK Shipping tracked?

A: Yes, in fact all of our shipping services are tracked. Your shipping confirmation will include a Yodel tracking number.
